VR experiences work best with a dedicated attendant to assist your customers. Operating SEKTOR is easy, and we include a full training course for your staff.
INSTALLATION
Full hardware installation and and software back-end setup is included with SEKTOR. The installation and training takes course over several days as we assemble and optimize the station on site. We then integrate the software admin and audit functionality with your preferred payment system.
SUPPORT
You’ll receive free cloud support and hardware warranty for 12 months. The VR HMD warranty is 24 months. We offer on-site repairs and 24/7 phone support. We’re based in the USA and provide fast turnarounds for minimal down time.
